Speaker Instructions

Regular oral presentations are limited to a total of 30 minutes, including approximately 5 minutes for questions and discussion. Speakers are requested to respect the schedule and present themselves in time to their session chairs. The OPUS I - II lecture rooms will be equipped with laptop computer with Windows, MS PowerPoint, CD reader, USB port and laser pointers. Speakers are invited to download their presentation on the conference room computer before beginning of the session. Because of the time constraints, it is not possible to use other PCs including the speaker’s own laptop.

Poster Instructions

The poster session will be held in the Beethoven room on Wednesday, September 27th from 17h30 to 19h00. The dimensions of the panels for posters are 93 cm (37 inches) wide by 2.2 m (89 inches) high. Posters should be installed Wednesday between noon and 17h30. Velcro for fixing the posters will be available.
