Speaker Instructions
Regular oral presentations are limited to a total of
30 minutes, including approximately 5 minutes for questions and
discussion. Speakers are requested to respect the schedule and present
themselves in time to their session chairs. The OPUS I - II lecture
rooms will be equipped with laptop computer with Windows, MS PowerPoint,
CD reader, USB port and laser pointers. Speakers are invited to download
their presentation on the conference room computer before beginning of
the session. Because of the time constraints, it is not possible to use
other PCs including the speaker’s own laptop.
Poster Instructions
The poster session will be held in the Beethoven room
on Wednesday, September 27th from 17h30 to 19h00. The dimensions of the
panels for posters are 93 cm (37 inches) wide by 2.2 m (89 inches) high.
Posters should be installed Wednesday between noon and 17h30. Velcro for
fixing the posters will be available.
