North American Cold Spray Conference

The Canadian Cold Spray Conference organizing committee (CCSC) and the ASM Thermal Spray Society SM (TSS) are pleased to announce their joint hosting of the first annual North American Cold Spray Conference (NACSC). This three-day conference will be held October 25-27 at the Caesars Windsor Casino Convention Resort in Windsor, Ontario Canada.  The North American Cold Spray Conference promises to be an ideal forum for researchers, technicians, manufacturers and end-users to review recent advances, current needs and future challenges in cold spray. 

The goals of the conference will be to:

     • Present the latest technical insights,
     • Educate attendees of industry advances,
     • Share current trends in the cold spray industry.


The multidisciplinary program will cover a full range of cold spray related topics presented by today’s recognized industry experts. With a spotlight on the automotive, energy, military and aerospace sectors, the conference will focus on:

     • Quality Control and Diagnostics
     • Process Development
     • Equipment and Supplies
     • Current and Potential Applications
     • Fundamental Research, Characterization, and Modeling
     • Cost Control/Economics of the Cold Spray Process
     • International Status of Cold Spraying


The NACSC will also showcase a tabletop exposition, student poster session and many networking opportunities.
