All above fees include all applicable taxes (Goods Services Tax “GST”and Quebec Sales Tax “QST”).
All above fees (excluding for Accompanying Person) include a Program Booklet and copy of the proceedings.

General (Member, Non-member, Student): not paper-associated
These fees apply to everyone other than the presenting author or co-author of an accepted abstract (oral or poster). This fee includes full access to Reception, Exhibition Hall, Lunches, and coffee service. This fee can only be added to a full (not student) registration.
Banquet ticket:
This fee represents the purchase of a ticket to attend the Conference Banquet. This fee can be added to a registration.
Cancellation Policy
All notification of cancellation must be made in writing to ICCM19 Secretariat by email ( or fax (514-848-4596) in accordance with the following policy:
  • If your written notification of cancellation is received at ICCM19 Secretariat by May 28, 2013, you will receive a reimbursement of 50% of registration fees. Refunds will be processed after the conference.
  • For cancellations received after May 28, 2013 there is no reimbursement.
    Request for Invitation Letter
    If you need an invitation letter to ICCM19 and your submission has been accepted for oral or poster presentation, you may send a request by email to ICCM19 Secretariat at or by fax at 514-848-4596. All requests must be made in writing to ICCM19.
