Latest Information about Meeting Schedule

The Polymer Processing Society will hold its America’s Regional Meeting on August 14-17, 2005 in Quebec City, Canada. This forum will enable researchers to share their most recent advances in the field of polymer processing. In addition to polymer processing themes, researchers are invited to submit papers in sessions dedicated to novel materials in the fuel cell, biomaterials and energy fields, as well as papers in rheology and characterization techniques.

Canada and particularly the Quebec province host a high concentration of researchers working in the field of polymer rheology and processing.

The PPS meeting will be an occasion to honor the Canadian Quartet of Polymer Processing: Leszek A. Utracki, Musa R. Kamal, John Dealy and Pierre J. Carreau.

The conference will feature plenary lectures from Prof. Charles L. Tucker III, Prof. Ica Manas-Zloczower, Prof. John M. Dealy and from Prof. Han E.H. Meijer
